Hi! I’m Shelby, a Registered Dietitian based in Boston, MA, who takes a no-nonsense approach to helping you reach your nutrition goals. Oftentimes, my clients don't need me to tell them WHAT
to eat, they need me to help them shift their mentality, remove barriers to change, and figure out HOW

- I have ice cream almost nightly thanks to that job as it cultivated my love for this delicious food item
- My favorite hobbies including running, reading, and traveling ( I try to visit at least 2-3 new countries/yr)
- I have had a myriad of gut issues to manage myself including UC, IBS, and GERD. My life's work is dedicated to helping others manage their gut issues as best as possible and helping optimize their health.
- I have two pups, one rescue and a bernese mountain dog named butternut :)
