I offer a FREE 15 minute discovery call where we will talk about your health goals, your challenges, what you are looking for, and how I can help. This is your opportunity to assess if meeting with an RD is right for you.
Step 2 – Initial Session
Each of my packages offers a 60 minute initial consultation where we will discuss your health and nutrition history, and set up an action plan together to reach your goals. Head over to my "Start Your Journey" page to set up and I will be in touch with next steps to book your appt.
Step 3 – Continued Support!
Behavior change takes time and support, and I will be here to help you every step of the way. In addition to scheduled follow-up appointments and custom meal plans, you have access to me via email, photo meal log reviews, and more! I’ll be there for accountability and support anytime you need me!
