During your initial assessment, we will spend time reviewing your health and medical history, current eating habits/preferences, overall lifestyle, and personal goals. I will provide you with evidence-based nutrition advice, tips, and meal ideas that fit within your lifestyle so that you can improve your health and quality of life. We will also work together to develop short-term and long-term goals for lifelong, sustainable changes!

Follow-up sessions will aim to explore the challenges and obstacles that prevent us from achieving our goals and further barriers to change. We will work together to come up with attainable solutions to help you overcome these challenges!
